Back in 1954, Ray started septic tank pumping throughout the Tri-Cities in the evening as a side job. Since he was always working in the "twilight" he decided to call his company, "Ray's Twilight Septic Tank Co."
In 2019, we purchased Ray's Twilight Septic Tank Co. with the goal of continuing to help keep local Tri-City resident's septic tanks clean and healthy with regular septic pumping! We changed our name to Ray's Twilight Septic Service, but we still provide incredibly great service! We offer septic pumping in Benton, Franklin, and Walla Walla Counties in the Columbia Basin.

They arrived a little early, went right to work. When he finished pumping out the tank and washing it down he put the lids back on. I got a senior discount which was awesome and a receipt marked paid before he left. He also shared the condition of our system and some tips to help the system work better between pumping. Pumped the septic system tank. Missed the first appointment without notice, apparently due to a sick driver. This is the reason for a four star instead of a five star rating. Made the second appointment and provided excellent service. I would definitely use them again.

We bought a house with a septic system and had not dealt with one before. We could not answer any of the questions asked when setting up the appointment, but the staff was patient and helped. They even contacted the health department to get a plan of how and where our septic was setup. Our service representative did a thorough cleaning and inspection. He explained to me what he was doing and what he was looking for during the inspection. After the cleaning he gave some recommendations and made sure everything was cleaned and secure. Contacted this company regarding the problem and they came out that same day and they resolved the problem addressed it and now I appreciate that they did that. They will be coming back out in a couple days to follow up on this problem and finish the job. I am glad that this was no worse than what it was it’s comforting they are on the case.
